At Capavi.shop we take product quality and customer satisfaction seriously. Please read this Return Policy carefully — it explains when we accept returns, how to start a return, and how refunds or exchanges are handled.

2. Return eligibility (what we accept)

Change of mind / buyer’s remorse: For hygiene and safety reasons, most cosmetic and personal-care products that have been opened, used, or whose safety seal has been broken are not eligible for return unless they are defective. Unopened, unused items in original packaging may be eligible for returns at our discretion and subject to a restocking fee where applicable. 3. Time limits

Defects / damage / incorrect items: Please report defective, damaged, or incorrect items within 30 days of delivery so we can begin an investigation and process a remedy. Some provincial rules for distance sales and specific consumer protections may create additional cancellation or remedy rights — if applicable, we will follow the relevant provincial rules. Change of mind returns (unopened items): Requests must typically be made within 14 days of delivery to qualify for return authorization; we may extend this period at our discretion.
4. How to start a return

For defective/damaged/incorrect items, include clear photos showing the problem and the packaging.

We will reply with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return instructions if your return is accepted. Do not return items without an RMA — unapproved returns may be refused.
5. Defective, damaged, or incorrect items — our process

Once you submit a claim with photos and order details, we will investigate promptly. If we confirm the item is defective, damaged, or was not what you ordered, we will: (a) offer a replacement (if available), (b) issue a full refund, or (c) provide a store credit — at our discretion and in accordance with applicable consumer protection rules. If we require a return shipment for inspection, we will provide prepaid shipping or reimburse return postage for items we determine are our error.
6. Shipping for returns

7. Refunds and timing

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned items (or when we determine a refund is appropriate). 8. Exchanges

If you want an exchange (same item, different shade/size), contact us and we will advise availability and any additional shipping or price differences. Exchanges for defective items are handled at no extra cost when the defect is confirmed.
9. Non-returnable items
The following items are generally not returnable unless defective:

Opened or used cosmetics, skincare, and other personal-care items (for hygiene and safety).

Gift cards, downloadable digital products, and clearance/sale items marked as final sale (unless defective).

Any item that is damaged by the consumer after delivery.

11. Right to refuse or limit returns

If you and Capavi.shop cannot resolve a return or refund problem, you may pursue remedies available under applicable provincial consumer protection laws or file a complaint with the appropriate consumer protection office in your province (for example Consumer Protection BC for residents of British Columbia).
