Way too harsh, even on the low setting.

Lasted about 6 months before a setting broke.

I hate to have to leave a one star because truth be told this thing is amazing. I use it while I work at my desk during the day. But sadly after about 6 months of what I would consider fairly average use, one of the AIR button settings has broken. I’m still using it but my favorite massage option is gone. Bummer.

Works well but I should have read the reviews better before purchasing. I'm a 9 - 9 1/2 and my foot fits in ok but squeezes the top making it uncomfortable. The rolling ball part on the bottom feels good.
