It's pretty good
It's nice that it has heat and that it switches directions. Wish it was cordless and that the massage part was a little closer to each other to get right on each side of the spine and neck as its a little wider for my small frame. It works great. Good for the value!

WONDERFUL!
I hurt my neck so bad my arm was numb to my wrist and down my back to my waist. I ordered this after a few days of relentless pain and it came the next day. I used it 4 times the first day. It hurt really bad because the muscles were so tight but I could tell it was doing a good deep massage. I noticed after the first use that the muscles were not as tight. The next day things were loosening up enough that I could turn my neck. One particularly wonderful thing is with the arm straps, u can position it all around your neck; shoulders easily without stressing out the part that is in pain. I have one of those hand held massagers but can't reach anywhere on my neck to use it when I'm in that much pain. I have shown it to several people and they r all ordering one. And the price is so reasonable for what it does! Win win.

Great Massager
This massager is perfect for my needs. I'm able to place it anywhere I choose to massage without any pressure due to the arm insert. I also like that I can use it in my vehicle with the power cord adapter. It also changes rotation during massage. This is a great gift I had it saved in my shopping cart and low and behold my daughter saw it and ordered it for my birthday. Thanks Daughter!

Worth every penny
My husband and I have been going to a chiropractor almost weekly for over a year now. Needless to say that gets very expensive. I'd been eyeing this massager for a while so when I saw this pop up on the daily deals page I figured why not give it a shot. I am soooo glad I did. Within the first couple of minutes of using it I could feel it working through knots in my muscles that always bunch up on me. Moving it to my lower back and turning on the heat setting was like heaven. Note: As others have said it does not get heated super fast. And, it stays just at warm. If you use it for an extended period of time and use the heat setting the whole time you'll notice the heat more. I used it while sitting through a whole movie just moving it around to everywhere I needed it. It felt amazing although I was definitely sore the next day lol. But a good kind of sore. Not painful just aware of all the spots I'd used it on. So anywhere you choose to move around to has to have an outlet nearby. Otherwise, this is worth every penny and I'd definitely recommend it to everyone.

Effective Adjustable Massage Unit
This is my first massage unit that I have purchased. I have been wanting one for awhile and found this one to be pretty comfortable. The unit is portable but has to be plugged into an electrical source which is a disadvantage since it limits your movements. I am a petite person and found the unit to be a little heavy and bulky, but still useable. The advantage is you can position the unit to target different muscles of your body which is nice. By putting your arms thru the arm rest you can adjust the unit to hold it in place where you desire. The unit has 3 speeds which seem to control the rotation speed mainly and maybe the intensity. Since I am not use to massages, I found the highest speed to be a little too firm for me, but not too uncomfortable. The other two speeds were relaxing on my neck and back. The unit also has a heat setting which delivers very low heat to make it slightly warm which is nice and comfortable. It would be nice if they offered a higher heat setting. The unit also reverses rotation automatically which is convenient. I would recommend this unit as an affordable alternative to a larger chair unit and it has the added flexibility of adjusting it to different parts of the body. I would recommend this device.
